• Final confirmation lies with the ISP

3. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse the platform
• Not submit fake requests

4. Consent to Share Information

By submitting your details:

• You authorize Xnetora to share your information with ISPs
• You agree to be contacted via Phone, SMS, or WhatsApp

5. No Service Guarantee

Xnetora does not guarantee:

• Service availability
• Installation timelines
• Network performance

6. Limitation of Liability

Xnetora is not responsible for:

• ISP service issues
• Delays in installation
• Pricing discrepancies
• Offer fulfillment

7. Intellectual Property

All platform content belongs to Xnetora and cannot be reused without permission.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
